About Our Client
We are partnered with a highly respected European Tier 1 contractor renowned for delivering complex building and civil engineering projects across multiple regions. With a strong market presence and a reputation for technical excellence, the organisation consistently delivers large-scale developments for blue-chip clients, supported by robust governance and sophisticated commercial systems.
Their portfolio spans major commercial construction, mission-critical facilities, and multidisciplinary civil engineering projects. Operating at scale, they manage intricate groundworks, utilities, infrastructure, and integrated building solutions requiring advanced planning, commercial rigour, and high-performance project leadership.
Senior professionals value the organisation for its financial stability, visibility to executive leadership, and the opportunity to influence major project outcomes. The business promotes autonomy, professional development, and long-term career advancement for high-calibre commercial leaders.
What They Are Looking For
The organisation is seeking an experienced and strategically minded Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function for major civil engineering and infrastructure packages on flagship commercial builds in Dublin, including data centre developments. This role has been created to strengthen commercial oversight of increasingly complex civil scopes and to support the growth of the contractor’s commercial division in Dublin. The successful candidate will influence procurement strategy, risk management, financial reporting, and the development of commercial teams aligned to large infrastructure packages.

You will influence commercial strategy on complex, mission-critical infrastructure packages and play a central role in the contractor’s continued growth within the high-demand data centre and commercial construction markets.
