We understand how estimating differs between Tier 1, Tier 2, and specialist builders; between hard-dollar and cost-plus work; and between sectors such as commercial, fit-out, infrastructure, defence, and major civil. We also recognise the difference between a production estimator who thrives in repeatable work and a strategic tender estimator who can pull apart ambiguity and still land a competitive number.

We take shortlisting seriously. Estimating CVs can look similar on paper, so we go further — validating tender values, role depth, trade coverage, and how candidates handle risk, design gaps, and stakeholder tension. We also assess cadence: can they deliver accuracy at speed, and can they keep quality stable under pressure?
